About this app
AIFS Audits is a test version (beta) for AIFS. It shows how audits will be filled in on a phone. The names, accounts and templates in it are made up. Please do not enter real personal data.
Controller
Responsible for this app under the GDPR (AVG): All-In Facility Services B.V. Evert van de Beekstraat 1-57 1118 CL Amsterdam Airport Schiphol The Netherlands KvK 69746842 info@aifsbv.nl
What data
The app only stores what you enter or capture in it: the sign-in with a demo account, templates, started and submitted audits with your entries (for example flight number, results, remarks) and photos, and the language you chose. It does not collect location data, contacts or device identifiers. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising.
Camera and photos
The camera is only used when you take a photo for a check item. The app does not request your location. Photos are reduced in size and stored in the app without extra data such as location. Photos are taken with your phone's camera app. Whether it writes location data into the original image depends on its settings. The app deletes that original as soon as the photo is stored. If the app is closed before that, the original may remain in the app's cache until Android clears it. It never leaves the device. Some camera apps also save their own copy in the phone's gallery. That copy is outside the app and follows your phone's settings (for example a cloud photo backup).
Exports
Reports can be exported as a PDF or Excel file. The file is created on the device. It only leaves the device if you send it yourself through the share menu, for example by email or messenger. That transfer is subject to the terms of the service you choose. Only the most recent export remains in the app's cache.
Storage and sharing
All data stays in the app's storage on your device. The app transfers nothing, not even to AIFS: there is no server, no syncing between devices and no sharing with third parties. The app is excluded from Android cloud backup. If you move to a new phone and transfer your data directly (by cable or wirelessly), Android may take the app data along. It is installed through Google Play, and Google processes its own data under its own terms. If you allowed Android to send crash reports, Google provides the app's publisher with crash reports and statistics, without names and without content from the app.
Deletion
You can delete all data yourself at any time: clear the app's data under "Storage" in the Android settings, or uninstall the app. After that it is gone; the app itself kept no copy. If the camera app saved a copy in the gallery (see “Camera and photos”), delete it there. Exports you have sent remain with their recipients.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Because the data is only on your device, you can view, change and delete it yourself. For questions, contact the controller named above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
This policy applies to the test version. As soon as the app exchanges data with a server, uses real accounts or stores photos online, it will be rewritten. The current version is always available in the app and at the address given on Google Play.
Privacyverklaring
